1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "mio4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the mio4d online betting platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, deposits funds, or uses any services offered by mio4d.
• "Account" refers to the personal betting account created by a player upon successful registration on the mio4d platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and entertainment services provided through the mio4d platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, lottery games, and any future offerings.
• "Deposit" refers to any funds transferred by a player to their mio4d account for the purpose of wagering.

• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives offered by mio4d to players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mio4d website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively govern your use of mio4d services.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the mio4d website. These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to use mio4d services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located within Indonesia when accessing our services.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You are registering an account for your own personal use, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You do not currently have an existing mio4d account (one account per person is permitted).
• You have not previously had a mio4d account closed or suspended for breach of these terms.

Jurisdictional Disclaimer

mio4d operates under international gaming licenses issued by offshore jurisdictions. We are not licensed or regulated by the Indonesian government. Online gambling exists in a legal grey area within Indonesia. By using mio4d services, you acknowledge that:

4. Account Registration and Security

To access mio4d services, you must create a personal account by completing our registration form. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mio4d is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we require all players to verify their identity before making their first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian identity card (KTP) showing your name, date of birth, and photograph. Verification is typically completed within 2-4 hours during business days. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may result in account restrictions.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You agree to:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account with mio4d. Opening multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, payment methods, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Making Deposits

mio4d supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). Deposits are processed instantly during banking hours (typically within 5 minutes). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends may experience delays of up to 24 hours. You agree to deposit only funds that belong to you and originate from legitimate sources. We reserve the right to refuse any deposit or require additional documentation to verify the source of funds in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations.

Requesting Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved).
• You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000; daily withdrawal limit is Rp 200,000,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or payment method used for deposits, except in special circumstances approved by mio4d management.

Withdrawal processing times: 95% of withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during WIB banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00). Weekend and after-hours requests are typically completed within 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time of up to 4 hours.

Fees and Charges

mio4d does not charge withdrawal fees for transactions above Rp 500,000. Withdrawals below this threshold may incur a processing fee of Rp 5,000-10,000 depending on the payment method. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees; these are beyond our control and will be deducted from your withdrawal amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

mio4d offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional material. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that must be completed before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager Rp 200,000 if you received a Rp 20,000 bonus).
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Game-specific contribution percentages will be stated in bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000-50,000 per spin/hand). Exceeding the maximum bet may void your bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Expiration: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the stated validity period (typically 30 days). Unused or incomplete bonuses will expire and be removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted per account at any time. You must complete wagering requirements for your current bonus before claiming another promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: mio4d reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or any other manipulative behavior.

Welcome Bonus Example

New players at mio4d typically receive a 100% first deposit bonus up to Rp 2,000,000 with 10x wagering requirements. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000 and claim the bonus, you receive an additional Rp 500,000 in bonus funds, for a total balance of Rp 1,000,000. To withdraw any winnings, you must wager Rp 5,000,000 (10x the Rp 500,000 bonus) on eligible games within 30 days.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on mio4d are final and cannot be cancelled, edited, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet selections carefully before confirming. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, system malfunction, or fraudulent activity.

Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports:

• All bets are settled according to official results from the relevant sports governing body.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, pre-match bets remain valid for 48 hours. After 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Live in-play betting is subject to short delays (typically 3-6 seconds) to ensure fair market pricing. Bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, etc.) may be rejected.
• Asian handicap bets follow standard industry rules. Quarter-goal handicaps result in split settlements between the two nearest half-goal lines.
• Accumulator bets (mix parlay) require all selections to win. If any selection is voided, the accumulator remains active with reduced odds for the remaining selections.

Casino Game Rules

Slot machines, live casino games, and other casino offerings operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed individual session outcomes.

Game-specific rules (blackjack strategy, roulette bet types, baccarat drawing rules, etc.) are available within each game interface. By playing a game, you confirm you understand its rules and paytable.

Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of disconnection during a live casino game round or slot spin, the game will continue to its natural conclusion and results will be recorded. You can view the outcome by reopening the game or checking your bet history. If a technical malfunction voids all bets on a specific game, affected stakes will be refunded to your account balance.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Underage Gambling: Any attempt to register or gamble if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, depositing with intent to reverse charges (chargeback fraud), providing false identity documents, or any other fraudulent conduct.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, exploiting software bugs, using automated betting bots, or any form of cheating.
• Money Laundering: Using mio4d to transfer or launder funds from illegal sources.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between mio4d and other betting platforms.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing mio4d services from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal (if different from Indonesia) using VPNs or other circumvention tools with the intent to deceive.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your account credentials.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing mio4d staff or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance (including deposits and winnings), and potential legal action if warranted.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

mio4d services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.8% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to mio4d services. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Financial Limitations

Your sole financial risk when using mio4d is limited to the funds you deposit into your account. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risk and that losses are possible. mio4d is not responsible for poor betting decisions, misunderstanding of game rules, or your failure to read applicable terms and conditions.

In no event shall mio4d, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Force Majeure

mio4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, power outages, or cyber-attacks.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting permanent account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining account balance within 30 days. After 30 days, dormant account balances may be subject to administrative fees. Please review our Responsible Gaming Policy for information on self-exclusion options if you are closing your account due to gambling problems.

Involuntary Termination by mio4d

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account remains dormant (no login or activity) for 12 consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by law enforcement, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon termination for breach of terms, we reserve the right to confiscate your account balance, including deposits and winnings, and pursue legal remedies for damages caused to mio4d.

Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, you must immediately cease using mio4d services. All outstanding bets will be settled according to normal rules. Obligations incurred prior to termination (including payment of any amounts owed to mio4d) survive termination and remain enforceable.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mio4d holds its primary gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding mio4d services, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our management team at [email protected] with subject line "Formal Complaint." If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting our internal complaint process, you may have the right to pursue alternative dispute resolution or litigation in accordance with the governing law specified above. You agree to pursue any legal claims individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
